Upgrade the existing 44year old central plant VAV, AHU and perimeter units and fully modernize the control system.

Points to Note

A relatively difficult project due to the age and condition of the existing equipment. Our brief was to upgrade the 40 year old pneumatic controls system to a modern BMS as well as replace or upgrade various items of mechanical plant while keeping the building “live” The bulk of the work was carried out on weekends or at night due to the fact that the building was fully tenanted through out the contract and thanks to the hard work of the night crew the work was completed on time and too budget
