A great opportunity for Chillex as the client was looking for a design / build solution and we had the answer.

Points to Note

Our brief was to provide an alternative design to the initial four-pipe fan coil system proposed that would offer significant savings to the client. We based our design on an old favourite, namely Mitsubishi Electric VRV, and were able to successfully meet both the original engineering specification and deliver the high standard of finish required by Hilton Hotels.
