A 4 level commercial office and apartment building designed by Jasmax Architects to a very high standard

Points to Note

The Connell Wagner mechanical design blends a mix of “green building” commercial VRV air-conditioning with very high indoor air quality & comfort standards to the penthouse apartment. Due to the exposed nature of the plant on the two commercial levels we required a lot of coordination between the other services (fire, plumbing etc) and our site supervisor was instrumental in successfully working in with the other trades. Using state of the art Daikin equipment, Chillex have successfully created the owners vision of a modern user friendly commercial/habitable environment within a densely populated inner city space
