Points to Note

A difficult project from an architectural viewpoint as the high ceilings and lack of ceiling space apart from the central core necessitated the design of bulkheads to house the one way blow Daikin VRF cassettes. Bringing together the architectural requirements and the desire of the client for a future proofed energy efficient VRF system was a challenge that our design team took on with enthusiasm. We all enjoyed a well deserved beer at the new retail pub & bistro overlooking the Marina on the ground floor at the completion of this flagship building
