A 2 storey office block with attached warehouse featuring VRF air-conditioning to the office block.

Points to Note

A relatively straight forward Thurston consulting design which fitted in with the clients wish for energy efficient and sustainabble air conditioning systems. The difficulty was working to both a compressed builders programme as well as the very tight delivery dates for the Mitsubishi Electric City Multi VRF equipment. Chillex staff worked through their Christmas break to achieve the builders milestone dates. Well done to Bruce, Perry and the lads on site for making it all happen. Another successful project from the contracts team.
