About Us
Established in 1995, Chillex Services is a medium sized, privately owned company specialising in Mechanical Services and Air-Conditioning. We have found that an open style of management incorporating a weekly staff meeting and a monthly overall progress review best suits the type of flexible company approach we aim to achieve. This ensures that all employee and client feedback is constantly evaluated and updated as required. We feel that an awareness by all Chillex Services staff of our company philosophy will guarantee that we will meet the professional standards of workmanship that you the client expects.
Chillex Services has also invested in an ongoing Apprenticeship based training programme (currently two refrigeration Apprentices and two HVAC Apprentices). We feel that a serious commitment to constantly improving staff skill levels will benefit both our clients and the future of the air-conditioning industry.

Health & Safety
Chillex Services Management treats health and safety issues as a top priority. As well as a monthly tool box meeting, all Chillex Services staff carry out a CPR and general construction safety course on a two yearly basis. This guarantees that our staff are up to date with current safety issues.
Also, as a pre-requisite of becoming a Chillex Services employee or sub-contractor, a Site Safe induction course must be undertaken.
A principal accountability of all staff at Chillex is to maintain the attitude that all accidents are preventable.
Chillex Services is a full member of Site Safe New Zealand.
